The Journal of Gender and Organizational Leadership (JGOL) publishes original and rigorous research on gender-related issues in business, management, and leadership across public and private sectors. The journal provides an international forum for interdisciplinary studies that explore the role of gender in organizational practices, leadership development, and business decision-making.
Its scope includes gender and leadership, women in business and management, gender equality in organizations, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, gender and entrepreneurship, corporate governance and gender, organizational behavior and gender dynamics, and work–life balance. The journal also welcomes studies that examine gender perspectives in innovation, business strategy, and sustainable organizational development.
All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality and integrity, with an emphasis on both theoretical contribution and practical relevance.
